RENTALS ARE IN STORE PICKUP AND DROP OFF BY CUSTOMER. FOR DELIVERY AND SETUP/OPERATING, SEE DELIVERY OPTION AND CONTACT STORE FOR FEES
Customer/Renter must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and a credit card submitted at store upon pickup of equipment.
10% of reservation is Non-Refundable up to 14 days prior to reservation date upon cancellation and/or 50% of reservation is Non-Refundable within 14 days of reservation date upon cancellation. ALL items are priced at daily rates with applicable discount tiers available with, 3 day, 7 day, etc., consecutive rentals. Contact store for details.

Terms and Conditions:
The applicant is financially responsible for the rented system/items including all software, hardware and cables. If the unit or any part thereof is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, the applicant will be responsible for the cost incurred in repairing or replacing the unit/item. Applicant authorizes Sound-Light-Karaoke to charge such costs to applicants credit card given above. Applicant agrees that Sound-Light-Karaoke may pursue all avenues of collection, including use of collection agencies and/or wage garnishment, and authorizes Sound-Light-Karaoke to prepare and submit credit card slips using any of the charge cards listed above to recover all charges and all other unpaid amounts due to (a) applicants failure to timely return the system/item, (b) damages to returned system/item, and (c) other unpaid charges and reasonable legal fees resulting from the failure to return the system/item. Any rental shall also be subject to the terms and conditions of any other agreement between Sound-Light-Karaoke and the applicant.
I, the applicant, have read and understand the above terms and conditions. I also understand that my signature on this document makes me responsible for the full replacement value (plus tax) of the above listed items if they are lost, stolen or damaged.
